    Applications must be submitted by 5:00pm Sundays to be scheduled during our weekly Tuesday meetings at 3:00PM. **For Interim-applications must be submitted by January 7th at 5:00PM to be scheduled for a slot at our January 9th meeting at 3:30PM or by January 21st at 5:00PM to be scheduled for a slot at our January 23rd meeting at 3:30PM.***
