Community Impact Fund

Community Impact Funds are designed to support student or student-organization-led efforts to positively impact our local and global community. Anyone who is a currently enrolled St. Olaf Student may submit a Community Impact Fund request. Groups awarded with the fund will work closely with the Community Impact Board to help achieve their goals and directly create community impact.

The fund allows people to apply for up to $1,500 dollars in SGA monetary assistance and continued SGA support and assistance in the entire project! All money will be spent by SGA at the request of a recipient of a approved fund!

All fund requests must be requested from September 1st to April 30th of a academic year. All requests will be approved by the Community Impact Board and must recieve a 3/4 majority vote to approve! Requesters are highly encouraged to work with the Board to create the fund request.

Any approved fund will need to file a written report and reflection at the end of the project as well as providing multimedia (pictures/videos) of the project. The Community Impact Board reserves the right to post about any impact fund project
