ALL Large Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance!
What exactly constitues a large order?
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate large orders before 12:00pm. These orders will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
A large order is any order of more than 4 pizzas, or more than 20 cookies (or larger than usual orders of anything else we have on the menu). If you even think it might be considered a large, please fill out the form! We'd much rather have you submit a form than have you be unhappy with your order.
What can I order?
Anything we have in the kitchen! We also offer pitchers of our fountain drinks for large orders that are planning on eating their order in the Pause.
Why do I have to submit my order 24 hours in advance?
Simply put, it makes it easier for everybody. This way, we have time to plan for any additional staff we need for your order, any additional supplies, and any additional preparation we need to make to ensure our large orders go as smoothly as possible. Keep in mind, we might have several other large orders at the same time as yours, so planning is quite necessary.
Do I get a discounted rate for making a large order?
Sorry, we are unable to give discounts on large orders. However, the 2 cookies for $1.75 will always apply for cookie orders (as long as it's an even number). If you order an odd number of cookies, you will be charged $1.75/2 cookies + $1 for the odd cookie. Moral of the story, order even numbers of cookies.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with Ole Dollars on your Ole Card (NOT the same as flex dollars), cash, check, or Department Card. We do not accept credit cards, but there is an ATM in Crossroads.
What if I have more questions?
Please email the Pause Kitchen Managers at email@example.com, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. You can also call the Pause Office at x2968. In a dire emergency, call the Pause Kitchen at x6969 and our kitchen staff will do their best to answer your question, or they can put you in direct contact with a manager.
