Maintains frequent contact with the coordinator. ••• Financial Officer: Consults and advises in regards to the state of budget and usage of money throughout the year. Maintains frequent contact with the coordinator. ••• Marketing and Communications Officer (MCO; 2 Positions, Stipended): In charge of advertising, marketing, and graphic design for the committee. Work includes making advertisements in the forms of campus posters and graphics for social medias. Shares the duties and maintains frequent contact with the other MCO as well as the WCM and DSM who you often create content for. ••• Web Content Manager (WCM): Works to develop MEC's Oleville presence via WordPress. Works closely with the MCO and DSM. ••• Director of Social Media (DSM): Creates, posts, edits, and is a moderator on the St. Olaf MEC Facebook and Twitter accounts. Works closely with the MCOs. ••• Lair/Campus Musicians/Mane Stage Coordinator: Leads subcommittee small group meetings/reports back to the committee. Acts as the main contact for the committee outside of weekly meetings and during concerts and events. ••• KSTO Liaison: Must be both a member of KSTO and MEC and attend both meetings.
