Finding the first week of school already getting you down? Are you in need of relaxation, or an escape from the overwhelming syllabi? Then come to Yoga in the Loop! ADC is hosting an evening yoga session in the new Thorson Loop this Saturday, September 19th! Led by fellow Ole and certified yoga instructor, Rachel Phillips, this event will help rejuvenate you for the week to come while providing another way to meet others!

Yoga in the Loop does not have a skill requirement and is open to ALL experience levels! Mats are not necessary, but are encouraged if you have one! Classic Ice breaker: “So roomie… can I borrow your yoga mat?” Session starts at 9:00PM and goes until 10:00PM! See you there!
