Dinner
This rich and versatile dish could fit into any category because of its universal appeal. Perfect for when you're overwhelmed in the caf and need a nutritious, dependable go-to food.
Ingredients: Directions:
  • Bowl
  • Rice from bowls line
  • peas, black beans and cheese from salad bar
  • grilled chicken, veggie burger, or protein source of choice
  • optional onions or other veggies
  • OPTIONAL granola (not a crowd favorite but some people find it adds a satisfying crunch that really ties the meal together)
  1. Gather your ingredients into a bowl. It does require some travel time from line to line, so make sure you're wearing comfortable walking shoes.
  2. Once you're sitting down, the classic technique is to take two bowls so you can flip one upside down on top of the bowl holding the ingredients, and shake them maraca-style to properly mix it all up.
  3. Enjoy the results of your culinary genius
